NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE VILLAGE OF WONEWOC
Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting September 24, 2008.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm. pursuant to the posted and published notice.
Roll Call: Field, Norling, Laubscher, Roehling, Byington, S. Jennings, K. Jennings. Bills and Vouchers - Field/Norling - Approved Minutes of Previous Meeting – S. Jennings/Laubscher – Approved with correction on Item #2: Saturday clean up time 7am to 11am. Police Report – given by Chief Ott Finance Report – given by Lee Kucher
1. Granted an operator license to Ashley G. Zietlow. Field/Norlling - Approved 2. Approved Washington Street water main replacement project from Center Street to N. East
street. S. Jennings/Laubscher – Approved voice vote 3. Granted WMMA a Temporary Class “B” Retailer Beer License for October 4 & 5, 2008.
Field/Norling - Approved
4. Hired VIG & Associates to complete a rate increase study to reduce the Power Cost Adjustments for the electric utility, as recommended by the Public Service Commission. Field/S. Jennings - Approved
5. Approved Local Road Certification as presented by DOT. S. Jennings/Byington - Approved
6. Signed a letter to the DOT in support of the Wonewoc Development Corporation enhancing an existing access to State Hwy 33 at the Bolden Property. This will create a private access road to the agricultural land north of the farm buildings. S. Jennings/Norling - Aprroved
7. Purchase new snow blower for John Deere tractor for $2,000. Roehling/Byington - Approved
