Roll Call: Field, Baldwin, Laubscher, Roehling, Byington, S. Jennings, K. Jennings. Approve Bills and Vouchers: Motion S. Jennings, 2nd Byington - passed Approve Minutes of August 26, 2009 Meeting: Motion Laubscher, 2nd Byington - passed
1. Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Baldwin to approve certification of DOT Miles of Public Highway Open and Used for Travel as of January 1, 2010 Map. - passed
2. Motion by Baldwin, 2nd by S. Jennings include up to $4,500 in the 2010 Tourism Budget to sponsor the Village of Wonewoc portion of the Discover Wisconsin TV promotion of the Hill Country Chamber area. Includes Wonewoc, Hillsboro, Elroy, Union Center and LaValle. Roll call vote: Field no, Baldwin yes, Laubscher yes, Roehling no, Byington yes, S. Jennings yes, K. Jennings yes. 5 yes, 2 no. Passed
3. Motion by Byington, 2nd by Field to approve the Water Main Project construction line of credit resolution as presented. - passed
4. Motion by K. Jennings. 2nd by Field to go into closed session to review personal information pursuant to WSA 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. - passed
5. Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Roehling to reconvene back into open session. no action taken 6. Motion to adjourn by Byington, 2nd S. Jennings. passed
