Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting September 22, 2010.
Minutes
Roll Call: Rick Field, Nick Baldwin, Dennis Laubscher, Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings – Absent
Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Lankey to appoint Rick Field as president in President Jennings absent. – unanimously approved
Bills and Vouchers – motion by Lankey, 2nd by Baldwin. Passed unanimously
Minutes of Previous Meeting – motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Baldwin. Passed unanimously
1. Approve to send a resolution to Senator Schultz, Representative Brooks and Kelli Trumble – Secretary of Wisconsin Department of Tourism requesting the Baraboo River from Union Center to Wonewoc be included in the “canoe rivers” section of the Wisconsin Activity Guide. Motion by Baldwin, 2nd by S. Jennings. – passed unanimously
2. Approve certification of DOT Miles of Public Highway Open and Used for Travel as of January 1, 2011 Map. Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Byington. Passed unanimously
3. Approve Fence Ordinance 2010-3 with changes. Motion by Byington, 2nd by Baldwin. Passed unanimously
4. Approve Sewer Plant clarifiers replacement bid from Crane Engineering for $33,768. Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Lankey. Passed unanimously
5. Go into closed session to review personal information pursuant to WSA 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Motion Baldwin, 2nd by Field. Passed unanimously
