September 17, 2007 special Village Board meeting
Village of Wonewoc Proceeding of special Village Board meeting September 17, 2007.
The meeting was called to order pursuant to the posted and published notice at 7:00pm by President Kucher.
1. Motion by Miller seconded by Field to accept with regret the resignation of Linda Reeder as Village Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer. Motion carried.
2. Discussion with Administrator regarding all of the duties that are performed and how the Board should proceed to find a replacement.
Motion by S. Jennings, seconded by K. Jennings to adjourn at 8:25pm. Motion carried.
