Roll Call: Field, Baldwin, Laubscher, Roehling, Byington, S. Jennings, K. Jennings. Approve Bills and Vouchers: Motion S. Jennings, 2nd Roehling - passed Approve Minutes of September 23, 2009 Meeting: Motion Byington, 2nd Laubscher - passed
1. Motion by Field, 2nd Byington to amend the “Engineering/Architectural Costs of the water main project that are not to exceed price reference of 13% to 17.5%. - Passed
2. Motion by Baldwin, 2nd S. Jennings approving Viebicher Associates completing and submitting an extended grant option of the watermain project to include Church Street from Wisconsin Street to Fox Acre, and East Carter Street from Center Street to Wisconsin Street. Voice Vote: Field – Yes, Baldwin – Yes, Laubscher – Yes, Roehling – Yes, Byington – Yes, S. Jennings – Yes, K. Jennings – Yes. 7 Yes, 0 No - passed
3. Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd Byington to allow the finance committee to work with Vierbicher Associates in researching the costs of Jiggle Creek improvements and repairing the storm water infiltration issues for potential grant submission. - Passed
4. Motion by Field, 2nd Baldwin to approve water & electric rate increases as proposed by Jack Vig of Vig and Associates. Voice Vote: Field – Yes, Baldwin – Yes, Laubscher – Yes, Roehling – Yes, Byington – Yes, S. Jennings – Yes, K. Jennings – Yes. 7 Yes, 0 No Passed
5. Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd Baldwin to approve Resolution No. #5 – 2009, Providing for the publication, filing, inspection and adoption of a code of ordinances for the Village of Wonewoc, Wisconsin. - Passed
6. Motion by Baldwin, 2nd Laubscher to not to require a franchise fee option with Packerland Broadband. - Passed
7. Motion by Field, 2nd Byington to renew General Fund Loan #802 Cash Flow for the final two years at a new interest rate of 3.10% from 4.45%. - Passed
8. Motion by Baldwin, 2nd S. Jennings to approve Operator Licenses to Rick Field Jr. and Brian Ott. - Passed
9. Motion by Roehling, 2nd Baldwin to move the November board meeting from 11-25-09 to 11-18-09. - Passed
10. Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd Baldwinto go into closed session to review personal information pursuant to WSA 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. - Passed
