Closed Session Minutes
Village Board meeting held on October 27, 2010
At the regular meeting for the Village of Wonewoc which was convened on October 27,2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall in the Village of Wonewoc, Wisconsin:
A motion was made to call the closed session pursuant to the agenda item #7, made by Jennings, seconded by Byington. Motion carried unanimously.
At this point Lee Kucher explained some new and expanded information concerning the health insurance plan for the village and the option of changing how the least costly plan is selected which would cost the employees nothing additional. (TIER 1).
Motion by Baldwin and 2nd by S. Jennings to approve the change to the village’s health plan and the Administrator is authorized to complete whatever paperwork is needed in order to effectuate. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Lankey, seconded by Field. Motion carried unanimously.
