NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE
VILLAGE OF WONEWOC
MINUTES
Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting October 26, 2011.
Roll Call: Rick Field, Nick Baldwin, Randall Norling, Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings
Bills and Vouchers - Motion by R. Norling to approve, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously.
Minutes of Previous Meeting – Motion by Norling, 2nd by Lankey – passed unanimously
1. Motion by S. Jennings to move the Wednesday, November 23, 2011 Trustee Board meeting to November 30, 2011, 2nd by Field – passed unanimously
2. Motion by S. Jennings to close Center Street on Saturday, December 10, 2011 for the Lighted Christmas Parade from 4pm to 9pm, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously.
3. Motion by Field to purchase a 48’ x 88’ ice skating rink liner to be used on the tennis court at Baker’s Field, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously
4. Motion by Norling to table decision on the appointment of the Director of Public Works until a revised job description has been approved, 2nd by Lankey – passed unanimously
5. Motion by S. Jennings to go into closed session to review personal information pursuant to WSA 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and to request permission for Lee Kucher to stay in attendance, seconded by Baldwin – passed unanimously.
6. Motion by Field to convene back into open session, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously.
7. Motion by Scott Jennings to pay 100% of the Wonewoc Police Chief’s Health and WRS benefits effective January 1, 2012, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously
8. Motion by Norling to adjourn at 8:20 pm, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously.
