There will be a regular meeting of the Wonewoc Village Board at the Wonewoc Village Hall in the Village of Wonewoc at 7:00 p.m. October 24, 2007.

1. Approve Operator Licenses for Cassandra L. Sylvester and Debra A. Elder. Miller/Roehling. Motion carried
2. Discussion on Orval Haas property in South Town – No action taken 3. Appoint Roehling to the Regional Center Municipal Court. K. Jennings/Norling. Motion
carried 4. Schedule the Flood Plain Revision Public Hearing for 6:30 pm 11/28/07. Miller/Norling.
Motion carried 5. Approve Planning Commission recommendation to rezone tax parcel #29191VW0179 in
Kenyon and White Addition all of Block 1 from residential to business, which is 310 S. East
Street, Wonewoc, Juneau County, Wisconsin. Roehling/Norling. Motion carried 6. Adopt Village of Wonewoc Mutual Assistance Agreement for the Police Dept.
Norling/Roehllng. Motion carried. 7. Enter into a mutually agreeable lease with Todd Anderson, Intelegra, regarding
communications tower on village property near Sherman Street. Norling/Miller. Motion
carried 8. Establish a base rate of $50.00 plus $50/hr when village mows tax payers overgrown lawn
