Village of Wonewoc Minutes Special Village Board meeting held on October 16, 2007
A special meeting for the Village of Wonewoc was convened on October 16, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall in the Village of Wonewoc, Wisconsin. Roll Call: Sherry Roehling, Amy Miller, Randall Norling, Kevin Jennings, Scott Jennings, Richard Field, Sr. and Lee Kucher . Also in attendance was Village Attorney, Steven A. Roy.
K.Jennings/Miller: Closed session pursuant to the detailed agenda item no. 1. Motion carried unanimously. Roehling/S. Jennings: Reconvene into an open session. Motion carried unanimously.
Roehling/K.Jennings to offer the position of Village Clerk/Treasurer to Lee Kucher. Roll call vote: Roehling – yes, Miller – yes, Norling – Yes, K. Jennings – Yes, S. Jennings – Yes, Field – Yes, Kucher – abstain. Motion carried.
Kucher accepted the $30,000 position offer which includes the standard new employee benefit plan. Also approved by voice vote: Permission to respond to ambulance calls, participate in Veterans Honor Guard Funerals and can request voluntary unpaid time off up to two weeks with Board approval..
Kucher submitted his resignation from his position as the Village President Field/S. Jennings. Motion carried unanimously.
K. Jennings nominated as Village Pesident – Appointed. S. Jennings/Field: Motion carried unanimously.
Vacanted Trustee position will not be appointed at this time. S. Jennings/Field Motion carried unanimously.
