NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE
VILLAGE OF WONEWOC
MINUTES
Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting November 30, 2011.
Roll Call: Rick Field – absent, Nick Baldwin, Randall Norling, Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings
Bills and Vouchers - Motion by S. Jennings to approve, with removal of Travelers Insurance check #34619, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously.
Minutes of Previous Meeting – Motion by Baldwin, 2nd by Lankey – passed unanimously
1. Motion by S. Jennings to approve a long term loan of $16,500 to cover the 2011 Unfunded Projects, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously
2. Motion by Lankey to modify proposed budget to change Library Tax Roll to $44,500, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously
3. Motion by S. Jennings to approve F’12 General Fund Revised Budget, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously.
4. Motion by Lankey to approve moving the $5,165.66 Police Equipment Replacement CD at the Bank of Wonewoc, to a 2 year CD at the Farmers State Bank in Hillsboro, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously
5. Motion by S. Jennings to revise the Director of Public Works job description by striking Subsection (C) Duties (2) of Section 2.14.01 Director of Public Works, He shall have general charge and supervision of all public works in the village, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously.
6. Motion by S. Jennings to request the Administrator contact all full time village employees’ about their interest in being appointed to the Director of Public Works. Letter of interest and resume must be presented to the Administrator by December 16, 2011, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously.
7. Motion by Lankey to move the December Village Board Meeting to Wednesday, December 21, 2011, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously.
8. Motion by Baldwin to adjourn at 7:55pm, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously
