Bills and Vouchers: Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Lankey. Passed unanimously
Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by Field, 2nd by Baldwin to approve minutes pending publication of Closed Session minutes. Passed unanimously
Approve F’11 General Fund Budget. Motion by Lankey, 2nd by S. Jennings. Passed unanimously.
Motion to Adjourn at 7:40pm by Baldwin, 2nd by S. Jennings. Passed unanimously
