NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE
VILLAGE OF WONEWOC
Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting November 18, 2009.
Roll Call: Field, Laubscher, Roehling, Byington, S. Jennings, K. Jennings. Absent - Baldwin
Bills and Vouchers: Motion by Byingtin, 2nd S. Jennings. Motion carried unanimously.
Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by Field, 2nd Roehling. Motion carried unanimously.
1. Approve matching funds up to $700.00 for the Juneau County Visitor Directory. Motion by Byington, 2nd S. Jennings. Motion carried unanimously.
2. Approve submitting for a 100% CDBG Flood Mitigation Grant restoring Jiggle Creek, replacing bridges at Bakers Field and damaged culverts on Maple & Wisconsin Streets, and rebuilding the primary and secondary clarifiers at the sewer plant. Motion by Byington, 2nd Laubscher. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Approve closing Bridge Street and Center Street from intersection with N. East Street to intersection with Gordon Street, and Washington Street from intersection with Center Street to intersection with West Street, and to allow open intoxicants off premises on the 100 and 200 blocks of Center Street during the Lighted Parade sponsored by the WMMA on Saturday, December 12, 2009 from ~5:00pm until completion of the parade. Motion by Roehling, 2nd S. Jennings. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Approve the 11-25-09 revision of the Village of Wonewoc Employee Handbook as presented. Motion by S. Jennings. 2nd by Byington. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Approve an ordinance adopting and enacting a code of ordinances for the Village of Wonewoc, Wisconsin and repealing, revising, amending, the General Ordinances and Bylaws of the Village of Wonewoc, Wisconsin with the amendment to page 245. Motion by Laubscher, 2nd Field. Motion carried unanimously.
6. Approve F’10 General Fund Budget as presented. Motion by Roehling, 2nd S. Jennings.

7. Motion by Roehling to adjourn, 2nd S. Jennings. Adjourned at 7:47pm
