Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting May 28, 2008.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm. pursuant to the posted and published notice. Roll Call: Norling, Laubscher, Roehling, Byington, S. Jennings, K. Jennings. Absent Field
Bills and Vouchers: Roehling/S. Jennings - Approved Minutes of Previous Meeting: S. Jennings/Norling - Approved Police Report given by Chief Ott Finance Report given by Clerk/Treasurer Kucher
1. Adopt 2007 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report as submitted by Jim Bohn. Norling/S. Jennings. Approved
2. Create a Sewer Replacement Fund by transferring $25,000 from the Sewer Fund to a One Year Certificate of Deposit at Bank of Wonewoc. S. Jennings/Norling. Approved
3. Contract S & S Concrete Construction for the 2008 sidewalk repair project. Roll Call Vote: Norling – abstain, Laubscher – Yes, Roehling – Yes, Byington – Yes, S. Jennings –
Yes, K. Jennings – Yes. Motion passed 4. Approve ATV trail as proposed. Map attached to the minutes. Steve Roy to create a
resolution for approval for the June board meeting. S. Jennings/Norling. Approved 5. Grant Operators Licenses to Kandi J. Blaha - Bernies, Lilizerline Fry, Britta Bilek - Fastrip,
and Lisa Schultz – Degners, Randall Norling – American Legion Post 206.
Roehling/Byington. Approved 6. Table action to contract a Building Inspector. President Jennings appointed Dennis
Laubscher & Brian Byington to review the current village building ordinance and
make a recommendation to the board. Norling/Roehling. Approved 7. Change work schedule of Utility Clerk Jim Ramsey from 5 hrs per day, 5 days a week to ~6
hrs per day, 4 days a week and eliminate the Thursday noon to 5:30pm office schedule.

8. Hire the following limited term employees for the 2008 swimming pool season: Alyson Sobeck – pool manager, Timothy Fulton – lifeguard, Danny Rick – lifeguard, Micah Fulton – lifeguard, Kailey Fulton – lifeguard/basket person, Basket persons – Taima Kern, Kelly Field, Steward Thompson. Laubscher/S. Jennings. Approved
9. Appointed the following to review and make changes to the employee handbook: S. Jennings, Norling & Clerk/Treasurer Kucher. K. Jennings/Roehling. Approved
10. Discussed Public Employers Unfunded Actuarial accrued liability. Motion to adjourn at 9:07 pm. S. Jennings/Roehling. Approved
