Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting May 26, 2010.
Minutes
Approve bills and Vouchers: Motion by Byington, 2nd Baldwin passed unanimously.
Approve minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Byington passed unanimously
1. Approve 2010 sidewalk repair contract to S & S Concert: Motion by Lankey, 2nd by S. Jennings passed unanimously
2. Adopt 2009 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report as submitted by Jim Bohn: Motion by Lankey, 2nd by Field passed unanimously
3. Approve The Legion Park camping rules as presented by Trustee Baldwin with additions of pool hours, non emergency telephone number and a minimum one month eviction penalty: Motion by Laubscher, 2nd S. Jennings passed unanimously
4. Approve Resolution 2009-02 stating the Library Board does not have authorization to tear down the existing library building, and the final library expansion plan requires Village Board authorization and approval. Motion by Field, 2nd by Baldwin. Roll Call Vote: Field Yes, Baldwin Yes, Laubscher Yes, Lankey Yes, Byington Yes, S. Jennings No,
K. Jennings Yes. Six (6) Yes, One (1) No. Passed
5. Reject cost share advertising with the merchants in the Hidden Valley Visitors Guide for 2010. Motion by Field, 2nd by Lankey. Voice Vote Six (6) Yes, One (1) No - passed
6. Close Bridge Street and Center Street from intersection with N. East Street to intersection with Gordon Street, and Washington Street from intersection with Center Street to intersection with West Street, and to allow open intoxicants off premises on the 100 and 200 blocks of Center Street during the WMMA Street Dance on Saturday, July 24, 2010 from the hours of 4:00 pm to midnight, contrary to current Village ordinance with added language No glass containers in the street. Motion by Lankey, 2nd by Baldwin. passed unanimously.
7. Motion to adjourn by S. Jennings, 2nd by Baldwin. Adjourned at 8:24pm
