NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE
VILLAGE OF WONEWOC
A regular meeting of the Wonewoc Village Board was held at the Wonewoc Village Hall in the Village of Wonewoc at 7:00 p.m. 3-28-12.
MINUTES
Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting March 28, 2012.
Roll Call: Rick Field, Nick Baldwin, Randall Norling, Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings
Bills and Vouchers - Motion by S. Jennings to approve, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously.
Minutes of Previous Meeting – Motion by Norling to approve, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously
1. Motion by Field to give the W-C High School permission to use the village swimming pool for morning swimming lessons during the 2012 swimming season, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously.
2. Motion by Norling to appoint Jeanette Gauf, Linda Wildenradt and Polly Benish as additional election inspectors for 2012, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously
3. Motion by S. Jennings to move Electric $25K CD from State Bank of Wonewoc to State Bank of Cazenovia, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously.
4. Motion by Lankey to set Spring Clean-up Days (same rules as last year) for Thursday, Friday & Saturday, April 19th, 20th & 21st,, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously.
5. Motion by Lankey to purchase a new $5,400 water meter for Well House #2, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously.
6. Motion by S. Jennings to set dates for:
Open Book: Tuesday, May 01, 2012, 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Board of Review: Monday, May 21, 2012, 3:30pm to 5:30pm
2nd by Field – passed unanimously
7. Motion by Norling to appoint Trustee Rick Field as a member of the Board of Review, with Baldwin as alternate member, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously
8. Motion by Field to hire the following positions for the 2012 Swimming Pool season: Pool Manager, Basket Person, Lifeguards. Authorize Swimming Pool Trustee & Administrator to hire the necessary personnel at the same hourly rates as last year, 2nd by Lankey – passed unanimously.
9. Motion by S. Jennings to approve Phase I – Preliminary Design Estimate for the Library Expansion project , 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously.
10. Motion by S. Jennings to initiate the Raze & Removal process on the property at 404 S. East Street, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously
11. Motion by Byington to adjourn at 8:10pm, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously
