Motion by Roehling, 2nd by S. Jennings to postpone agenda item #1 indefinitely - Passed 3. Purchase village computer server from Rational Solutions, Hillsboro and a Fujitsu fi-6230

4. Approve 2009 Swimming Pool staffing and wages. Field/Roehling – passed
5. Approve closing Bridge Street and Center Street from intersection with N. East Street to intersection with Gordon Street, and Washington Street from intersection with Center Street to intersection with West Street, and to allow open intoxicants off premises on the 100 and 200 blocks of Center Street during the Old Fashioned Day Celebration on May 16, 2009 from the hours of 6:00 am to 6:00 pm contrary to current Village ordinance.

6. Approve proposed canoe landing cement pavers as presented by Beyond Boundaries, pending DNR approval. (Drawing included). Village would provide gravel base and Beyond Boundaries would supply pavers. Field/Norling – passed
7. Approve Lee Kucher attending “Wisconsin Town Lawyers Conference” (Presentations on Local Government Issues) at the Sheraton Madison Hotel, Madison, on Friday, April 24, 2009.
Mileage only. Roehling/S. Jennings – passed 8. Approve resolution opposing the prevailing wage law changes for public works. Copy attached.
