Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting March 23, 2011
MINUTES
Roll Call: Rick Field, Nick Baldwin, Dennis Laubscher, Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings,
Bills and Vouchers motion to accept by Byington, 2nd by S. Jennings passed unanimously
Minutes of Previous Meeting motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Field, to accept minutes from previous meeting passed unanimously
1. Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Lankey to approve Letter of Resolution designating the Baraboo National Bank - Wonewoc Branch, Farmers State Bank in Hillsboro and the State Bank of Cazenovia as the Villages Public Depositories. passed unanimously
2. Motion by Byington, 2nd by Baldwin to authorize the finance committee to move the existing General Fund Certificate of Deposits (attached), which mature in 2011, to either the Farmers State Bank in Hillsboro or the State Bank of Cazenovia due to the $650,000 FDIC limit on municipal interest bearing accounts in any bank, effective 1-1-2011.- passed unanimously
3. Motion by Field, 2nd by S. Jennings to approve purchasing playground equipment #30-62484-1 (green colored) w/extra set of swings, for the Legion Park passed unanimously.
4. Motion by Byington, 2nd by S. Jennings to transfer $25,000.00 from the Electric Fund to an Electric Dept Equipment Replacement Certificate of Deposit from the Hillsboro Farmers State Bank in Hillsboro. passed unanimously.
5. Motion by Field, 2nd by Byington to approve an Operator License for Jeffrey S. Nelson. passed unanimously
