NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE
VILLAGE OF WONEWOC
A regular meeting of the Wonewoc Village Board was held at the Wonewoc Village Hall in the Village of Wonewoc at 7:00 p.m. 6-27-12.
MINUTES
Roll Call: Rick Field, Nick Baldwin, Randall Norling, Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings
Bills and Vouchers - Motion to approve by Field, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously.
Minutes of Previous Meeting – motion to approve by S. Jennings, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously.
1. Motion by Norling to approve our $1,386 annual membership in the Hill Country Chamber of Commerce, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously.
2. Motion by S. Jennings to approve a $250 fireworks donation to WMMA, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously
3. Motion by Baldwin to approve authorizing submission of a Community Development Block Grant Application for the expansion of the Wonewoc Library, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously.
4. Motion by Byington to approve the removal and selling of the cyclone fencing at Baker’s Field, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously The sealed bid process will be used.
5. Motion by Field to revise/create an ordinance that establishes a “No Parking Zone” on the south side of Church Street, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously
6. Motion by Field to approve lowering the speed limit on Church Street to 15 MPH, 2nd by Lankey – passed unanimously
7. Motion by K. Jennings to approve (a) thru (f), 2nd by Norling

8. Motion by Byington to approve operator license for Neal McIntire working at Degner’s Bar, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously
9. Motion by Norling to approve purchasing 2 sets body armor for police department.
Cost will be offset with a grant, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously.
10. Motion by Lankey to approve purchasing a new door for the Wastewater Treatment Plant from Possum LLC,2nd by Byington – passed unanimously
11. Motion by Byington to go into closed session to review personal information, pursuant to WSA 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously.
