Roll Call: Rick Field, Nick Baldwin, Dennis Laubscher, Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington,
Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings.
Bills and Vouchers – Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously
Minutes of Previous Meeting – Motion by Byington, 2nd by Lankey – passed unanimously
1. Approve a Temporary Class “B” fermented malt beverage license to WMMA for the Street Dance on July 24, 2010 and WMMA Kick Ball Tourney on August 7, 2010 . Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously
Approve #2 thru #8 Motion by Field, 2nd by Lankey – passed unanimously
2. Discuss and possibly take action to authorize a Class “A” Beer License for:
a. Hillsboro Farmers Co-Operative Warehouse d/b/a/ Wonewoc Fastrip
b. Darrell Becker d/b/a: J & S Grocery.
3. Discuss and possibly take action to authorize “Class A” Liquor License

9. Transfer $25,000 from the Sewer Fund to a One Year Certificate of Deposit at Bank of Wonewoc, to be added to the Sewer Replacement Fund. Motion by Byington, 2nd by Lankey – passed unanimously
10. Create Village Ordinance that adopts 2009 WI Act 12 (a.k.a. Smoking Ban) and sets a bond amount. Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously.
Motion to adjourn at 7:42pm – S. Jennings, 2nd by Baldwin.
