Roll Call: K. Jennings, Field, Laubscher, Roehling, Byington, S. Jennings - absent Baldwin 1. Motion by Field, 2nd by S. Jennings to approve spending for the 2009 Water Main Project. –
Six yes - Passed 2. Motion by Field, 2nd by S. Jennings to authorize the finance committee to sign all contracts and
approve all spending related to the 2009 Water Main Project. Six yes – Passed Motion by Field, 2nd by Roehling to adjourn at 7:30 pm
