1. Sign the contract of Deena Griffin as the Village of Wonewoc assessor to conduct the Department of Revenue required revaluation for $15,250. – Norling/S. Jennings - passed
2. Approve spending $3,000 for a conceptual layout and construction cost estimate from Vierbeckers for a future subdivision in Wonewoc, to be reimbursed by developer, if the property is developed, and $2,000 for a construction cost estimate for a watermain replacement from Catholic Church to School Road – Byington/Norlilng - Roll Call Vote: Field – Yes, Norling – Yes, Laubscher – Yes, Roehling – Yes, Byington – Yes, S. 3. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding for General Fund Contributions to the Hillsboro K-9 Fund as a Cooperative Agreement under WSA 66.0301. Roehling/S. Jennings - passed
4. Approve Jim Bohn’s attendance at the annual Rural Water Association 21st Annual Technical Conference in Green Bay March 24 – 27, 2009. $120.00 plus hotel cost. – Norling/Field - passed
5. Approve May 7 & 8(Thursday & Friday) 9:00am to 6:00pm and May 9 (Saturday, AM only) 7:00am to 11:00am as 2009 Spring Clean-up Day. All fees are being waived. – S. Jennings/Norling - passsed
6. Sign a five (5) year Municipal Solid Waste Collection, Hauling and Recycling Contract with Town & Country Sanitation, Inc. for $6.00 garbage collection and $3.00 recyling, total of $9.00. Spring & Fall Clean-up fees have been waived. – Norling/Laubscher – passed
7. Sign a contract with United Waste Recycing, Inc. to haul sludge from the Sewer Plant. – Roehling/S. Jennings - passed
