NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE
VILLAGE OF WONEWOC
There will be a regular meeting of the Wonewoc Village Board at the Wonewoc Village Hall in the Village of Wonewoc at 7:00 p.m. 2-22-12.
MINUTES
Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting February 22, 2012.
Roll Call: Nick Baldwin, Randall Norling, Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings, Rick Field - Absent
Bills and Vouchers - Motion by S. Jennings to approve, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously.
Minutes of Previous Meeting – Motion by Lankey to approve, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously
1. Motion to approve Resolution 2012-1 authorizing the 2011 Library Fund balance of $5,793 to be carried over to the 2012 Library Revenue Budget by Baldwin, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously
2. Motion to promote/support the fund raising efforts of local citizens in neutering and spaying of feral cats located within the village by S. Jennings, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously.
3. Motion to sign the three year contact with United Liquid Waste Recycling, Inc. i.e. sludge hauling from wastewater treatment plant. Same conditions as last contract by Lankey, 2nd by Byington.
4. Motion to DENY action to sign K-9 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from City of Hillsboro by S. Jennings, 2nd by Lankey – passed unanimously
5. Motion to approve the “Village of Wonewoc Utilities Identity Theft Prevention Policy” by Norling, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously
6. Motion to DENY action to sign the Business Health Agreement Renewal with St. Joseph’s Health Services, Inc by Norling, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously
7. Motion to adjourn at 8:05pm by Byington, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously.
