Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting December 3, 2008.
Roll Call: Field, Norling, Laubscher, Roehling, Byington, S. Jennings, K. Jennings. Bills and Vouchers – S. Jennings/Field - passed Minutes of Previous Meeting – Byington/Norling - passed Police Report – given by Chief Ott
Finance Report – given by Lee Kucher
1. Approve F’09 Budget as presented by the finance committee. Field/Roehling - passed
2. Pay off the $38,578 Unfunded Liability as of December 2008. Norling/S. Jennings - passed
3. Purchase of a $10,000 Certificate of Deposit from the Bank of Wonewoc for future pool restorations. Field/Norling - passed
4. Create Section 9.01.14 and Section 9.01.15, and to repeal and re-create section 9.01.08.C of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Wonewoc, Wisconsin. S. Jennings/Field - passed
5. Write off ~$10,205 of outstanding utility bills that have had no activity for over seven years. Laubscher/S. Jennings - passed
6. Revise current Comp Time guidelines. Effective January 1, 2009, allow eligible employees to bank up to 40 hrs of comp time. Hours exceeding the maximum 40 hrs would be paid out by the end of the next pay period. Roehling/Byington - passed
7. Change December board meeting date from Wednesday, December 24, 2008 to Tuesday, December 23, 2008. Field/S. Jennings –passed
8. Adjourn meeting @ 7:55pm. Norling/Roehling - passed
