NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE VILLAGE OF WONEWOC
Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting December 23, 2009.
Minutes
Roll Call: Field, Baldwin, Laubscher, Roehling, S. Jennings, K. Jennings. Absent - Byington
Bills and Vouchers: Motion by Roehling, 2nd S. Jennings – passed unanimously
Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd Bladwin – passed unanimously
1. Transfer the monies from Account #01-43610 Court Fines/Penalties and Account #01-43620 Parking Violations, at the end of December 2009, to a Police Capital Replacement Certificate of Deposit at the Bank of Wonewoc. Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd Baldwin – passed unanimously
2. Appoint the following Village of Woneowc citizens to the 2010-2011 Elections Board: Marguerite Talg – Chief Inspector, Kathy Jennings – Deputy Chief Inspector, Inspectors: Wanda Field, Dorothy Doyle, Harriet Zinke, Julie Kucher, Donna Lindsley and Janet Ott: Motion by Field, 2nd S. Jennings. Passed unanimously
3. Transfer the Cemetery Checking Account to the Village General Checking Account and create Fund 06: Cemetery Fund.: Motion by Field, 2nd Roehling. Passed unanimously
Adjourn: Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd Laubscher – passed unanimously at 7:24pm
