Minutes of Previous Meeting: Amend previous meeting minutes: Police Chief position will be changed from Hourly to Salaried with a 2009 salary of $37,000, effective 12-22-08. Roehling/Field – approved w/amendment

1. Approve revision of Flood Plain Map to reflect new approved FEMA Map dated December 2, 2008. Roehling/Byington - passed
2. Approve Planning Commission recommendation for a conditional use permit for Parcel #540. Field/Roehling - passed
3. Approve Village Utility/Payroll Clerk’s job description & fringe/wage package. Roll Call: Rick Field - Y, Randall Norling - Y, Dennis Laubscher - Y, Sherry Roehling - Y, Brian Byington - Y, Kevin Jennings – Y - Passed
4. Approve funding for Juneau Visitors Guide advertising up to $700.00.
