MINUTES
Roll Call: Rick Field, Nick Baldwin, Sherry Lankey, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings Dennis Laubscher & Brian Byington
Bills and Vouchers Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Field passed unanimously
Minutes of Previous Meeting Motion by Field, 2nd by Lankey passed unanimously
1. Transfer $5,000 from Account #01-43610 Court Fines/Penalties and Account #01-43620 Parking Violations to a Police Capital Replacement Certificate of Deposit at the Bank of Wonewoc. Motion by S. Jennings, 2nd by Byington - passed unanimously
2. Approve a Charter Ordinance Establishing a Two Year Term for Municipal Judge. Motion by Lankey, 2nd by Baldwin. Roll call vote: Field yes, Baldwin yes, Laubscher abstain, Lankey yes, Byington yes, S. Jennings yes, K. Jennings yes.
3. Hire VIG & Associates, LLC for compilation of the Village Financial Funds. Motion by Lankey, 2nd by S. Jennings - passed unanimously
4. Write off the following delinquent personal property bills: $3,299.33 Charter Communications (filed bankruptcy), $15.16 Violet Sage (moved out of town), Tri-State Rent A Movie (out of business). Motion by Field, 2nd by Lankey - passed unanimously
Motion to adjourn at 7:40pm. Lankey, 2nd by Baldwin - passed
