NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE
VILLAGE OF WONEWOC
MINUTES
Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting December 21, 2011.
Roll Call: Rick Field, Nick Baldwin, Randall Norling, Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings
Bills and Vouchers - Motion by S. Jennings to approve, 2nd by Byington – passed unanimously.
Minutes of Previous Meeting – Motion by Field to approve, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously
1. Motion to approve the appointment of the following village residents as Election Inspectors: – Chief Inspector: Kathy Jennings, Julie Kucher – Backup Chief Inspector. Inspectors: Dorothy Doyl, Wanda Field, Donna Lindsley, Janet Ott, Virginia Thompson, Veronica Hellpap, John Jurkowski by Field, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously.
2. Motion to transfer the monies from Account #01-43610 Court Fines/Penalties and Account #01-43620 Parking Violations, at the end of December 2011, to a Police Capital Replacement Certificate of Deposit at the Farmers State Bank of Hillsboro by S. Jennings, 2nd by Field – passed unanimously
3. Motion to hire VIG & Associates, LLC for compilation of the Village Financial Funds by Lankey, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously
4. Motion to go into closed session to review personal information, pursuant to WSA 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility & request that Lee Kucher and Steve Roy stay, by Baldwin, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously.
5. Motion to approve the appointment of the Don Hubele as Director of Public Works by S. Jennings, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously.
6. Motion to adjourn by S. Jennings, 2nd by Field – passed unanimously at 7:30pm.
