1. Motion Field, 2nd S. Jennings to authorize a security deposit from utility customers whose gross income exceeds the PCS poverty guidelines and whose accounts are over 80 days in arrears during the cold weather moritorium. - passed
2. Motion Field, 2nd Roehling to approve President Jenning’s appointments of Robin Laubscher and Jim Brockman to the Library Board (3 year terms). - passed
3. Motion by Baldwin, 2nd S. Jennings to eliminate the confined space at the swimming pool. - passed
4. Motion Byington, 2nd Field, to set the free Fall Clean-up Days as September 24 & 25 (Thursday & Friday) 9:00am to 6:00pm and September 26 (Saturday) 7:00am to 11:00am. - passed
5. Motion Baldwin, 2nd S. Jennings to authorize Vig & Associates to submit a water rate increase to the Public Service Commission to recover the loan costs of the watermain project. - passed
6. Motion Field, 2nd Laubscher to cost share with merchants for a Village of Wonewoc advertisement in the Hidden Valley Tourism Book up $1,500.00. - passed
7. Motion Field, 2nd Roehling to set the date of the Board of Review for Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 6:30pm - passed
8. Motion S. Jennings, 2nd Baldwin to approve a Temporary Class “B” Beer and Class “B” Wine license to the Wonewoc Fire Department for Saturday, September 12, 2009. – passed
9. Motion Byington, 2nd Roehling to adjourn at 8:30pm
