NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE
VILLAGE OF WONEWOC
MINUTES
Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting August 24, 2011.
Roll Call: Rick Field, Nick Baldwin, Randall Norling, Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings
Bills and Vouchers: Motion by S. Jennings to approve, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously.
Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by Norling to approve, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously
1. Motion by Lankey to approve the appointments of Beverly Larson as the non-resident of the village representative and Coral Moore as the resident of the village representative to the Library Board (3 year terms). 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously.
2. Motion by Field to set the free Fall Clean-up Days as September 22 & 23 (Thursday & Friday) 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and September 24 (Saturday) 7:00am to 11:00am, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously
3. Motion by Lankey to donate $100 to Wisconsin Rural Water Association Building Fund, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously.
4. Motion by Field to accept the lowest bid of $4,875 from S & S Concrete Construction to repair the floor drain in Fire/Amb/Police bays, with the condition it will be completed by November 1, 2011, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously.
5. Motion by Baldwin to accept the lowest bid of $1,305.82 from Possum Electric LLC replacing the three toilets at the Legion Park swimming pool building, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously
6. Motion by Field to adjourn at 8:05pm, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously.
