Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting September 28, 2011.
Roll Call: Rick Field, Nick Baldwin, Randall Norling, Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings
Bills and Vouchers - Motion by S. Jennings to approve, 2nd by Field – passed unanimously.
Minutes of Previous Meeting – Motion by Norling, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously
1. Motion by S. Jennings to approve certification of DOT Miles of Public Highway Open and Used for Travel as of January 1, 2012 Map, 2nd by Baldwin – passed unanimously.
2. Motion by Byington to approve “Concealed/Carry Weapons” ordinance, and amend and re-create section 9.01.07 of the code of ordinances relating to marijuana and synthetic cannabinoids ordinance, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously
3. Motion by S. Jennings to approve replacing the windows in the library pending the approval of funding from the Wolfenden board, 2nd by Field – passed unanimously
4. Motion by Norling to table appointment of Director of Public Works and modify job description, 2nd by S. Jennings – passed unanimously.
5. Motion to adjourn at 8:17pm by S. Jennings, 2nd by Norling – passed unanimously
