There will be a regular meeting of the Wonewoc Village Board at the Wonewoc Village Hall in the Village of Wonewoc at 7:00 p.m. 2-22-12.

1. Discuss and possibly take action to approve Resolution 2012-1 authorizing the 2011 Library Fund balance of $5,793 to be carried over to the 2012 Library Revenue Budget. (Approve or Deny) Kevin Jennings
2. Discuss and possibly take action to promote/support the fund raising efforts of local citizens in neutering and spaying of feral cats located within the village. (Approve or Deny) Kevin Jennings
3. Discuss and possibly take action to sign the three year contact with United Liquid Waste Recycling, Inc. i.e. sludge hauling from wastewater treatment plant. Same conditions as last contract. (Approve or Deny) Rick Field
4. Discuss and possibly take action to sign K-9 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from City of Hillsboro (Approve or Deny) Scott Jennings.
5. Discuss & possibly take action to approve the “Village of Wonewoc Utilities Identity Theft Prevention Policy” (Approve or Deny) Kevin Jennings
6. Discuss & possibly take action to sign the Business Health Agreement Renewal with St. Joseph’s Health Services, Inc. (Approve or Deny) Kevin Jennings
