There will be a regular meeting of the Wonewoc Village Board at the Wonewoc Village Hall in the Village of Wonewoc at 7:00 p.m. 12-22-2010.

1. Discuss and possibly take action to transfer the monies from Account #01-43610 Court Fines/Penalties and Account #01-43620 Parking Violations, at the end of December 2009, to a Police Capital Replacement Certificate of Deposit at the Bank of Wonewoc. (Approve or Deny) Rick Field/Scott Jennings
2. Discuss and possibly take action to approve a Charter Ordinance Establishing a Two Year Term for Municipal Judge.(Approve or Deny) Kevin Jennings
3. Discuss and possibly take action to hire VIG & Associates, LLC for compilation of the Village Financial Funds. (Approve or Deny) Kevin Jennings
4. Discuss and possibly take action to write off delinquent personal property bills from 2008. (Approve or Deny) Kevin Jennings
