NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE
VILLAGE OF WONEWOC
There will be a regular meeting of the Wonewoc Village Board at the Wonewoc Village Hall in the Village of Wonewoc at 7:00 p.m. April 28, 2010.

1. Discuss and possible take action to approve Lee Kucher attending “Wisconsin Town Lawyers Conference” (Presentations on Local Government Issues) at the Radisson Hotel, Madison, on Friday, April 30, 2010. Mileage only. (Approve or Deny) Kevin Jennings
2. Discuss and possible take action to accept PACE Industry donation of four sheets of plastic for the swimming pool office floor covering. (Approve or Deny) Dennis Laubscher
3. Discuss and possible take action to allow a Flea Market to use the village parking lot between Baraboo National Bank – Wonewoc Branch and Wonewoc Bakery on Sundays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. (Approve or Deny) Kevin Jennings
4. Discuss and possible take action to amend Code of Ordinances Chapter 7.01, Section 7.01.03 Classes of Licenses and fees:
(A) Class “A” Fermented Malt Beverage Retailer’s License: One hundred dollars $100.00
(1) A license may be issued after July 1 in any license year. The license shall expire on the following June 30. The fee for the license shall be prorated according to the number of months or fractions thereof remaining until the following June 30.
(D) Retail “Class A” Liquor License: Three hundred dollars ($300.00)
(1) A license may be issued after July 1 in any license year. The license shall
expire on the following June 30. The fee for the license shall be prorated
according to the number of months or fractions thereof remaining until the
following June 30.
(E) Retail “Class B” Liquor License: Three hundred dollars ($300.00)
(1) A license may be issued after July 1 in any license year. The license shall
expire on the following June 30. The fee for the license shall be prorated
according to the number of months or fractions thereof remaining until the
following June 30.
(F) Operators’ Licenses: Fifteen dollars ($15.00)
(1) A license may be issued after July 1 in any license year. The license shall
expire on the following June 30. The fee for the license shall be prorated
according to the number of months or fractions thereof remaining until the
following June 30.

15. Discuss and possibly take action to approve a Proclamation designating Saturday, May 15, 2010 as “Old Fashioned Day”. Attached (Approve or Deny) Kevin Jennings
16. Discuss and possibly take action to renew Loan Number 12314803 Main Street at 3.99% interest from 4.42%. Attached (Approve or Deny) Rick Field
17. Discuss and possibly take action on the results of the April 6, 2010 (Spring Election) Library Advisory Referendum.
Should the Village Board of Trustees authorize the Library Board to “tear down” the existing building and construct a new library on the same site that will meet all of the current local, state and federal building codes which includes the ADA (Americans with disability Act) regulations, financed by private donations or grants?.

18. Discuss and possibly take action to approve extending the monthly Wonewoc Fire and Ambulance Association capital payment of $976.71 for the fire vehicle replacement fund, which is to be approved annually and is contingent on approval of the other townships (Approve or Deny) Kevin Jennings
19. Discuss and possibly take action to transfer $25,000 from the Electric Fund and purchase a $25,000 Certificate of Deposit from the Bank of Wonewoc for an Electric Department Vehicle Replacement Fund. (Approve or Deny) Brian Byington.
20. Discuss and possibly take action to set a daily schedule to close the Baker’s Field bathrooms at 8pm and open at 8am, 7 days a week from May 1st to the normal fall shutdown date. Hire Willy Doering at $375 for the 2010 season. (Same rate that DNR pays for bike trail restroom) (Approve or Deny) Nick Baldwin
