Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting February 24, 2010.

Minutes

Roll Call:  Rick Field, Nick Baldwin - absent, Dennis Laubscher,
Sherry Lankey, Brian Byington, 
Scott Jennings – absent, Kevin Jennings.  Trustee Baldwin arrived at
7:05pm

Bills and Vouchers: Motion by Lankey, 2nd by Laubscher – unanimously
approved
Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by Field, 2nd by Byington –
unanimously approved


1.	Approve Jim Bohn’s attendance at the annual Rural Water Association
22nd Annual Technical Conference in Green Bay March 23 – 26, 2010.
$193.00.  Motion by Baldwin, 2nd by Lankey. Approved unanimously.
2.	Approve Library building project advisory referendum. Motion by
Baldwin, 2nd by Field. Approved unanimously
3.	Approve April 22-23(Thursday & Friday) 9:00am to 6:00pm and April
24 (Saturday, AM only) 7:00am to 11:00am as 2010 Spring Clean-up Day.
All fees are being waived. Motion by Lankey, 2nd by Field, Approved
unanimously.
4.	Transfer the Shirley Mangiulli and Raymond Mangiulli, d/b/a Pet’s
and More property deed to The Friends of the Wonewoc Public Library.
Motion by Field, 2nd by Laubscher.  Approved unanimously
5.	Sign Joint Powers Agreement for Sauk County 911 Emergency System.
Motion by Baldwin, 2nd by Byington.  Approved unanimously
