NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE
VILLAGE OF WONEWOC 

MINUTES

Proceedings of regular Village Board meeting January 25, 2012. 

Roll Call:  Rick Field, Nick Baldwin, Randall Norling, Sherry Lankey,
Brian Byington, Scott Jennings, Kevin Jennings
Bills and Vouchers - Motion by S. Jennings to approve, 2nd by Norling
– passed unanimously.
Minutes of Previous Meeting – Motion by Baldwin to approve, 2nd by
S. Jennings – passed unanimously

1.	 Motion to sign the contract of Deena Griffin as the Village of
Wonewoc assessor to conduct the annual maintenance assessment for
$3,000 by Byington, 2nd by Lankey. Six yes, one no - passed 
2.	Motion to sign Petition for County Aid for Highway Road
Construction i.e. Matching Funds by Field, 2nd by Byington – passed
unanimously 
3.	Motion to set Friday, April 27, 2012 as Arbor Day by Norling, 2nd
by Lankey – passed unanimously.
4.	Motion to donate $100 to the Hillsboro K-9 Fund to be taken out of
the Court Fines and Penalties account by S. Jennings, 2nd by Lankey
– passed unanimously. 
5.	Motion to sign Joint Powers Agreement for the Sauk County 911
Emergency System by S. Jennings, 2nd by Baldwin – passed
unanimously.
6.	Motion to adjourn at 7:55pm by S. Jennings, 2nd by Byington –
passed unanimously.
